about

These two unstoppable, Detroit-inspired club stormers were produced somewhere between Berlin and Warsaw by two friends: while Jacek Sienkiewicz is Poland's most recognizable techno producer, Marcin Oz a.k.a. DJ Highfish is longtime resident of Berlin's WMF club and curator of its Nighteffect series. Both are known as fierce performers and their joint laptop-based DJ sets are now almost legendary - now teamed to create this astonishing record.
There's a bit of a mystery behind this particular release: announced many months ago, mastered and cut, made few trips across the ocean... to land safely as thirteenth release on Jacek's Recognition imprint, as it perfectly combines purity and soul of classic techno, digital funk of modern club music with a twist of a certain moodyness, slowly revealing layer after layer of carefully constructed sounds without losing its club kick. Crystal clear and diamond hard, yet at the same time surprisingly warm and human - this is top class club music that mustn't be missed.
